I know that Thanksgiving is already over, but my local Whole Foods Market doesn't seem to know that...

The other day, I went to pick up a few groceries (okay, actually I just went to pick up a slice of Boston creme pie, but that's beside the point..) and I noticed that they had a board (covered with post-it notes) asking the question, "Favorite sides?"

Obviously there weren't any post-it's left because it was already 4 days since Thanksgiving had taken place, but regardless, the store still had the board and post-it's up for anyone to see. Of course there were the typical answers like stuffing, mashed potatoes, and corn... but there were also some unusual, and cute answers.

1. 2. 3.

[1] - Cuuuute. I love that his sister felt the need to edit this post-it as if she didn't like the idea that he would be lieing to any wfm customer. It's totally something I would've done with my own younger brother. {haha} .. There was also another post-it by Diego stating that he liked corn. This one had no edit made to it, so I can only assume that this one was the truth.

[2] - I've never thought of turkey and mashed potatoes as a meal worthy of Chardonnay, but apparently this customer would disagree with me. Very weird...

[3] - Hmm. Even though I'm a vegetarian, this particular post-it was a little annoying to see on there. Mostly because I dislike fellow veg*n's using guilt tactics to show others why being a vegan, or vegetarian, is better. Baaahh...

Aside from those, there was another post-it with "my wife" written on it. I'm not sure what to think of that one, and I was going to take a picture of it, but a nearby employee was eyeing me suspiciously so I decided to stop taking photos and just get my Boston creme pie. :3

(ps. it was delicious!)

{haha} Yeah, I loved the post-it board idea, and I was amused to see some out-of-the-box answers for the posed question.

Thanks for stopping by, and I'm glad you find my blog interesting. :3

glamazon: I agree. It's definitely more interactive, and personal, than just having a regular whiteboard to write on. And my Thanksgiving was great! :D

dreamlily: Definitely! I always have a post-it note pad on my desk, and there are post-it's plastered all over my desk space. I even keep some in my purse to write happy notes on when I'm out in the city. They are certainly one of my favorite stationary products. :D
